A6000S SEISMIC PROSPECTIVE

MAE A6000S 24-bit seismic PROSPECTIVE seismograph stands out for its data acquisition platform of latest generation, as well as for the intuitive operating system (large colour touch-screen with navigable interface), which allows to select different functions according to the type of seismic survey to be performed.
The main characteristic of these series of seismographs is the real 24-bit resolution for each single channel; this is achieved thanks to MAE new 24-bit data acquisition card, which uses an A/D 24-bit digital converter for each of the seismograph entry channels. This peculiar characteristic makes the A6000S seismograph the ideal solution for any active or passive seismic PROSPECTIVE, structural surveying and inspections of buildings and infrastructure facilities (acquisition of vibrations by accelerometers or low frequency seismic sensors, tomographic surveys).
High versatility, along with various automatic pre-acquisition procedures (from checking geophones connection, to noise analysis at the surveyed site), makes the data acquisition process quick and easy for anyone to master. A first analysis of the acquired data for each wave can be performed directly on site by easily displaying the speed data collected at each point of the examined wave. Backup copy of data is then best saved on a built-in solid state hard disc or on a USB external memory.

Seismic survey methodologies: Refraction and Reflection methods, Down-hole, Cross-hole, Seismic Tomography, Active and Passive M.A.S.W. (microtremors), S.A.S.W.
