The A5000SP is a 24-bit acquisition system for
passive seismic tomography, particularly indicated to monitor
seismic vibrations in buildings and infrastructural works (dynamics
of the structures), or to monitor the seismic activity of
territorial areas.
The A5000SP is a self-sufficient monitoring station which
automatically detects and records any seismic event. The data
capture feature (time-lapse relay or threshold trigger device) is
quickly and easily set thanks to a dedicated software. Equipped with
graphical display device, keyboard, Secure Digital (SD) type storage
medium and internal battery, the A5000SP seismograph is easily
operated even under adverse environmental working conditions.
By means of the long-term installation kit, equipped with external
battery and solar panel (kit to be supplied upon request), it is
possible to easily carry out continuous seismic monitoring even in
those remote areas not covered by the electrical power system.
Furthermore, the unit can be supplied with a built-in GSM module for
outstations to connect on-line and thus allow data retrieval. The
software also allows to manage alarm calls or SMS triggered by the
pre-set alarm thresholds.
Maximum data acquisition resolution is achieved thanks to MAE data
acquisition and conversion table, adopting a single A/D signal
converter for each entry channel. It is therefore possible to
retrieve, record and graphically display up to 8 analogical signals
detected by the seismic sensors or accelerometers (single or
three-dimensional ones). The high resolution sampling (24-bit), as
well as the 32-bit arithmetic operations, ensure both greater
measurement accuracy and stability. |
