A5000SA ACTIVE SEISMIC PROSPECTIVE

The A5000SA is a compact and high-performance 24-bit digital seismograph. This instrument is the ideal one for surface seismic PROSPECTIVEs using both the Refraction and Reflection methods, or for hole inspections through Down-hole and Cross-hole geophysical methods. Equipped with graphical display device, keyboard, Secure Digital (SD) type storage medium and internal battery, the A5000SA seismograph allows to land a seismic cable up to 8 channels (2.5 to 10 m variable spacing). Thanks to its compact dimensions and operational autonomy, it is easily operated even under adverse environmental working conditions. Data retrieval settings are quickly and intuitively selected through the keyboard; the retrieved data are then displayed or stored into the removable memory medium.
The A5000SA seismograph can retrieve, record and graphically display up to 8 analogical signals detected by the seismic sensors connected to the structure to be inspected. Maximum data acquisition resolution is achieved thanks to its advanced concept of a single A/D signal converter for each entry channel. The high resolution sampling (24-bit), as well as the 32-bit arithmetic operations, ensure both greater measurement accuracy and stability. The SD storage medium allows almost limitless operational capacity, whilst considerably simplifying the transfer of data (measurements) on to a PC for them to be further processed.
